Mobile Picklist: Your Choice of Operating Room

Your schedule establishes who is working. Mobile Picklist brings hospital room and case details to a phone, tablet or computer so anesthesia staff can review the available work and choose their room when it is their turn.

Your picklist. On your phone.

Paper picklists give people a turn. Mobile Picklist makes that turn easier to manage: review the work wherever you are, get notified when it is your turn and choose your assignment.

Current interface shown with fictional staff, hospital and work details.

  1. Review the work

See room and case details on your phone. Your group's list can include operating rooms, clinic, call and other assignments.

  2. Choose when it is your turn

Receive your configured notification, sign in and choose from the remaining work. iSchedule.MD records your choice and contacts the next person.

  3. See the day's assignments

Check who is working where and open an assignment to see its details. The scheduler can follow progress and help when needed.

Import Your Hospital's Room and Case Details

Bring operating-room lists from Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH and other hospital booking systems into Mobile Picklist. Import setup is tailored to your hospital’s available reports and workflow. Room information can also be prepared manually. We agree the source reports, fields and import frequency with your hospital before setup.

Prepare the Rooms and Pick Order

The administrator reviews the available rooms, case details and notes, then confirms the staff who will choose and their pick order. The picklist works alongside your group's physician schedule. Hospital-specific import setup includes agreeing how patient-identifying information is removed before room details reach the picklist.

Notify Staff and Let Them Choose

When a turn begins, the physician receives the configured notification and signs in to review the cases in the remaining rooms. They choose the room where they will work, receive confirmation and the next person is contacted. Staff can arrange for another member to pick for them.

Monitor Picking and Share Completed Assignments

Administrators can monitor progress, help with a pick and adjust the order when needed. The group can set picking hours and time limits. When picking finishes, the completed assignments are emailed so the department can see who is working in each room.

Can You Import From Other Booking Systems?

If your hospital or surgery center uses Picis OR Manager, Altera Sunrise Surgical Care, Surgical Information Systems or HST Practice Management, contact us to assess the available room and case reports. These are candidates for compatibility assessment, not previously verified iSchedule.MD connections. We confirm report compatibility, mapping and testing before agreeing an import.

Plan Your Hospital's Setup

Mobile Picklist is available with the Scheduling + Mobile Picklist plan. Hospital integration is separately scoped and priced. We coordinate source data, import mapping, privacy handling, testing and handover with your hospital IT team. Discuss your workflow and review current pricing before committing.
